I really really need help. My 3.5 year old daughter has been a great sleeper, untill a few weeks ago. The whole routine goes well and she gets into bed and and the end I stay with her 3 minutes to sing and cuddle. And then it starts. She hits me in the face and bites me. I try to keep calm and physically hold her hand. Then she kicks. I say neutral but firmly that hitting amd biting is not ok. And then I try to calm her down by humming. It does not work. If I release her she immediately hits me again. If i walk away and close the stair 'gate' (the childproof thing) she starts throwing everything she can find. I do not know what to do anymore. I try to stay calm and neutral but firm. And try to let her be and then when calmed down, cuddle. Then she starts again with hitting. Please help me.
